The KeyBot Team (hereinafter referred to as "We") and all entities using our product services (hereinafter referred to as "User") enter into this valid contract regarding the use of "KeyBot" product services and related services. Once the user installs, copies, or uses our product in any other way, it means acceptance of the constraints of the terms of the agreement.
This agreement is a guideline and code of conduct for users using KeyBot services. Users must fully read, completely understand, and accept all terms of this agreement, otherwise, they have no right to use KeyBot services. If the user does not agree to this agreement or any of its terms, they should stop using it immediately. User clicking "Agree" or using this service is deemed to have read and agreed to this agreement.
1. Service Content and Usage Instructions
1. KeyBot provides online services such as data storage, synchronization, management, and sharing to a wide range of users. The product itself does not modify or edit user-transmitted content.
2. Please note that any photos, graphics, videos, recordings, or other materials uploaded and shared via this service, whether transmitted publicly or privately, are the responsibility of the provider and user for their upload and usage behavior. KeyBot cannot control the content transmitted via this service, nor can it fully control the user's usage behavior, therefore it cannot guarantee the legality/correctness/integrity, authenticity, or quality of the content. Users agree to judge for themselves and bear all risks when using KeyBot.
3. If the user's behavior in using KeyBot does not comply with this agreement, we have the right to terminate part or all of the services provided to the user without prior notice after making a judgment.
4. Users shall not use KeyBot to disseminate content related to pornography, gambling, drugs, etc., that violates national laws and regulations. If detected, the KeyBot recording system may serve as evidence of the user's violation of laws and regulations.
2. Account Management Specifications
1. [Real-name Authentication] Users may need to register or log in to a platform account before using the service. When registering and using the platform, users should provide truthful, accurate, legal, and valid identity proof materials and necessary information. If users fail to provide information in a timely manner as required, or the provided information is obviously untrue, we have the right to request rectification, re-authentication, until suspension or termination of service provision.
2. [Account Security] Users should ensure the confidentiality of the account and the security of information, and shall not gift, lend, rent, transfer, or sell the account.
3. [Enterprise Account] If you use this service on behalf of an enterprise organization, the administrator needs to ensure that they have obtained full authorization from the enterprise organization user. The enterprise organization user has the right to manage the content generated by end-users within the organizational structure using the enterprise account.
4. [Account Disposal] If this agreement is violated, or the user sends or disseminates content that violates laws and regulations or infringes on the rights of others, KeyBot has the right to make independent judgments and take corresponding measures, including but not limited to deleting/blocking content, freezing, or terminating account usage.
3. User Usage and Content Specifications
Users promise to abide by laws and regulations during the use of the service and shall not engage in the following behaviors:
1. [Content Publishing Specifications] Do not produce, copy, publish, or disseminate information containing the following content:
(1) Opposing the basic principles of the Constitution, endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, undermining national unity;
(2) Anti-government, anti-social, or politically inciting remarks, spreading rumors, disrupting social order;
(3) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining national unity, undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstition;
(4) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others (such as portrait rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights);
(5) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crime;
(6) Content containing viruses, malicious code, phishing software, etc., that may damage the service system;
(7) Unauthorized advertisements, spam, pyramid scheme information, etc.
2. [Technical Usage Specifications] Do not abuse services or software:
(1) Copy, modify, host, sublicense, or resell services or software;
(2) Use software to build any type of database, or conduct data mining or scraping;
(3) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software;
(4) Access services through non-official interfaces, or circumvent any access restrictions;
(5) Damage, interfere with, or organize any other user to use services or software.
4. Ownership
We retain complete and indivisible ownership and intellectual property rights to the following contents and information:
1. KeyBot services and all its elements, including but not limited to all content, data, technology, software, code, user interfaces, and any derivative works related thereto;
2. User information;
3. Any information and feedback provided by the user to KeyBot related to its services.
Without our permission, the above materials shall not be published through any channel at will.
5. Intellectual Property Protection
We (and our licensors) are the sole owners of all rights, titles, and interests in the services or software. Except as provided in these terms, we do not grant you any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, or any other rights to items in the services or software.
6. Data, Information, and Privacy Protection
1. We fully respect the protection of user information. "KeyBot Privacy Policy" lists the relevant policies we follow in collecting and using user information.
2. Any data information generated and stored in the product client or server during the user's use of the product (including but not limited to account information, usage records, etc.) belongs to derivative data generated during the operation of the relevant program. We have the right to use the above data information stored on the server.
3. The platform is committed to the protection of personal information and uses security technology measures such as encryption technology and anonymization to protect personal information.
4. The platform may recommend content to users based on recommendation algorithms, and users have the right to independently choose and control personalized recommendations.
5. After the user's membership subscription expires, all membership services will be stopped. Data stored on the server during the previous user membership period will be temporarily kept by us for a period of 1 year.
7. Disclaimer
1. Services and software are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make any express or implied warranties.
2. We do our best to ensure the security and stability of the service according to existing technologies and conditions, but we do not guarantee that the network service provided will definitely meet the user's requirements, nor do we guarantee that the network service will not be interrupted.
3. Users must distinguish the authenticity of information by themselves and carefully prevent possible risks (including but not limited to commercial advertisements, dating information, etc.). We assume no responsibility for any losses arising therefrom.
4. We assume no responsibility for service interruptions or data losses caused by force majeure (such as hacker attacks, telecommunication failures, viruses, etc.).
8. Terms for Use by Minors
1. If the user is under 18 years old, they should read this agreement and use this service under the supervision and guidance of a guardian.
2. Minor users should improve safety awareness, strengthen self-protection, avoid internet addiction, not reveal personal privacy at will, and not meet strangers casually.
3. Guardians should guide children on safety issues they should pay attention to when surfing the internet to prevent trouble before it happens. If the user does not possess full civil capacity, they should obtain the consent of their guardian before using the service.
9. Termination of Service
1. We have the right to terminate all or part of this website service temporarily or permanently at any time based on any reason without prior notice.
2. We have the right to terminate the user's account and password usage of this service at any time based on any reason, or delete and transfer content stored by the user, without assuming any responsibility to the user and any third party.
10. Complaints, Reports, and Notes
1. The platform establishes public complaint and reporting channels. Users who discover behaviors violating laws and regulations or this agreement can complain to us, and we will handle it in a timely manner.
2. Notes: Under no circumstances should you trust information involving borrowing money, asking for passwords, or other property-related matters. For property operations, please be sure to verify the identity of the other party first to prevent fraud.
11. Others
1. Once published, this agreement takes effect immediately. We have the right to modify the content of the agreement at any time. The modified results will be published on the KeyBot product official website. Continued use of the service by the user is deemed acceptance of the modification.
2. The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall apply Chinese laws and be subject to the jurisdiction of Chinese courts. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court where we are located.
